Why Dolcetti?

It is a tribute to my Mother‘s Italian ancestry and her love of baking. Dolcetti is Italian for little sweets…and little sweets are what this little bakery is all about! I love to bake; cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and mini desserts. Each client receives personal attention and can be assured that I use quality ingredients in my baking. Real butter, Saigon Cinnamon, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste (Bourbon is an island not liquor). My choices for chocolate include Callebaut (from Belgium), Valhrona (from France), Guittard (from San Francisco), and Nestle’s Toll House Morsels for Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Chevron Baby Shower
